This is the rub we use on our baby back ribs which won Best Ribs in the East in 2013 and again in 2018. It's a great, flavorful, versatile rub, designed for slow-smoked pork and chicken.

V-Licious BBQ is a competitive BBQ team run by Greg Brown and Matt Alvarado. We've been competing for 10 years and are best known for our dry-rubbed baby back ribs. We've won the ribs category in the Junior BBQ World Championships 9 years ago and have won Best Ribs in the East at the I Love BBQ Festival in Lake Placid twice.
