1 head cauliflower
1 Tbsp Placid Rib Rub
2 Tbsp olive oil
2 Tbsp butter
2 Tbsp hot sauce (we like Cholula Chiptotle)
1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
2. Cut the cauliflower into florets about 1 inch across discarding the main stem. Place in a bowl.
3. Add the olive oil and stir to coat. Then add the Placid Rib Rub and stir to spread as evenly as possible.
4. Melt the butter and whisk with the hot sauce.
5. Pout this over the cauliflower and stir again to coat. Then spread evenly on a baking sheet in a single layer.
6. Cook for 25 minutes or until starting to burn on the edges, stopping half way to stir them around.
